Distribution Restrictions

Due to Games Workshop's strict IP policies, we are unable to offer their products through our online shopping system, nor are we permitted to process any orders with a delivery address outside of the United States of America.

We can, however, take care of your Games Workshop needs via email, live customer support or by phone at (702) 307-6127. Feel free to contact us if you would like to place an order or have any questions.

As an Authorized Internet Retailer, we intend to honor the distribution agreement set forth by Wizard of the Coast and will therefore cancel any orders containing sealed Magic: the Gathering product with delivery addresses outside of the United States of America. APO/FPO and addresses located in Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are .eligible for delivery of these items, as they are considered part of the United States.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

In order to ensure prompt delivery of upcoming titles we encourage customers to pre-order items before their release date. If you elect to pre-order any of these items, payment will be collected at order submission. Orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items may not ship until all items are available for departure, particularly if the order includes free freight.

Pre-orders may be canceled by customer request prior to shipment. Orders that drop below the minimum for free freight due to pre-order cancellations will not ship until freight is paid or enough in-stock items are added to restore the free freight threshold.

No refunds or cancellations will be granted once a pre-ordered item has shipped

We will actively attempt to fill all out-of-stock items for you as quickly as possible.

If an item is out of stock on your order, you may choose to cancel it by notifying us prior to the item shipping. Orders that drop below the minimum for free freight due to back-order cancellations will not ship until freight is paid or enough in-stock items are added to restore the free freight threshold.

Refunds and Returns

Occasionally, one of our suppliers will encounter a packaging error and ship us a factory sealed box or blister with missing or damaged parts. While we are more than happy to assist you with these items, you will usually receive your replacement faster if you contact the manufacturer directly. Should you encounter any problems in dealing with the manufacturer, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will intercede on your behalf.
If you have a missing item just let us know and we will take care of it right away, without any additional cost to you. Incrrect items can be shipped back to us after requesting an RMA number: we will send out the correct item, along with a reimbursment check for your return shipping costs, once the return is received.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of shipment date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unopened, in new condition and returned at your expense. You must request an RMA number before shipping any items back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has shipped. Postage for exchanged items will be at your expense, unless they are included as part of a separate order totaling over $100.00 (continental US only).

The Little Shop of Magic reserves the right to refuse returns received more than 30 days after shipment date, or on items that were special ordered, discontinued, on clearance or limited edition.

Security & Privacy


When you purchase from our online store or sign up for our newsletter, we only collect the information that you provide: name, address, email and any other data we need to complete your order or newsletter request. We do not collect or store credit card information, but rely on established and secure third-party processors to obtain payment on your behalf. Registration is optional, leaving you free to choose whether or not we store your shipping information to make future shopping experiences more convenient.

When you order from our online store, your name becomes part of our customer database. While we will never share mailing lists with anyone, we may from time to time send you marketing communications that are tailored to your particular interests and lifestyle. If you do not want to receive these special offers and deals, please notify us at your earliest convenience and we will remove you from our mailing lists.


"Cookies" are small pieces of data that your browser holds in memory or stores in a special file on your hard drive. These small pieces of data are used to help our server remember you while you browse our site from one link to the next and allow us to improve the quality of your experience when you visit our site. Cookies also allow you to place items in your shopping cart, continue browsing, and come back to check out at a later time. We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your transactions. At the Little Shop of Magic all orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. We use this encryption to ensure that your shipping and account information is stored on our server in an unreadable, encrypted format at all times. For added security, your credit card information is never stored on our server nor is it made available to our Wizards from our third-party payment processors.

The Little Shop of Magic does not deliberately seek to solicit orders from anyone under the age of thirteen (a Child). If a Child submits an order to us through our online store, and we become aware that the person submitting the order is a Child, we will delete the information and any orders associated with it as soon as we discover it. If you then are under 13, and want to place an order on our site, we suggest that instead you have your parents or legal guardians place the order for you.

Shipping & Handling

We ship our products around the world, using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. You will have the option to select your preferred carrier during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $100 with delivery within the United States. Orders containing pre-order items will only ship with free shipping once all ordered items are available for departure.
Shipping estimates are calculated in real time from our available carriers and are based on total order weight and destination. Occasionally, we may be able to save you money by using flat-rate boxes. In such cases, we will issue a refund to reflect the lower shipping costs.
The total time it will take to receive an item is determined by a number of factors including item availability, release date, destination and selected shipping method. We strive to ship in-stock items within 1 business day and pre-order items as soon as they become available. Please be aware that orders containing out-of-stock items may delay the departure of in-stock items.

For example, if the item you want to order is in stock and you choose Priority Mail delivery to a continental US address, you can expect to receive the item 2-4 business days after the day you ordered it.

Package tracking information will be emailed by your chosen carrier usually within 24 hours of your order ship date. Customers who opt to create an account during checkout may also access this tracking information in their order history.
