Dozens of heroes lie broken after attempting to thwart the Overlord's dark schemes in the Forgotten Souls campaign. One one group out of six was able to best this co-operative Descent variant, but bravery should not go unrewarded! Therefore, it has been ordained that each and every hero who played in our season 1 Descent Game Days will be able allowed to choose one of the following loot items from the vanquished Overlord's treasure pile (while supplies last):

• One set of two cardstock playmats for organizing your hero’s materials, featuring places for Skill cards, conditions, items, hero tokens, and more.
• One translucent blue attack die
• One sets of six acrylic wound tokens – two ‘fives’ and four ‘ones.’

In addition, congratulations are in order to Ms. Shelby Tucker who gets to take home her very own copy of the Forgotten Souls campaign: good luck trying to beat it over and over again, Shelby!

Thank you to everyone who partecipated in our innagural season of the Descent Game Days: we look forward to running more of them if and when they become available from Fantasy Flight Games.

After six week of intensive dogfights, the Rebel Alliance has scored a narrow victory against the Galactic Empire by rising to top by in our X-Wing Escalation League! While only one single engagement separated the victors from the defeated, recognition is due for the exemplary bravery and skill demonstrated by pilots on both sides. After a long campaign, two players rose to the top and took home medals for their chosen factions. George Bailey-Kirby brought the bacon home for the vastly underrepresented Opportunists and Chris Foster proved to be the best the Purists have to offer. Yet, only one could reign supreme and it was George Bailey-Kirby who saw his opponents eviscerated before his Skorne warbeasts.

Charsaug, the first season of the Scars of Caen, for Warmachine and Hordes wrapped up this week. Congratulations to our Champions: Opportunist George Bailey-Kirby and Purist Christian Lawrence!
