On May 7th, Governor Sisolak announced that our state is ready commence Phase 1 of the Nevada United Road to Recovery plan. As part of this plan, we are happy to announce that the Little Shop of Magic will re-open its doors to the public starting on Monday, May 11th.
While the situation remains fluid and subject to change, we remain committed to doing our very best to ensure the safety of our Wizarding Team and the customers visiting our shop during these times. Please be aware of these guidelines, restrictions, and best practices when visiting our shop during Phase 1.
We continue to operate on a somewhat reduced schedule: 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. We will adjust these times if necessary based on flow of traffic and the needs of our clients.
Curbside service will remain in effect for those customers that prefer to maintain an increased level of distancing: please call our shop in advance if you plan on using this service so that we may provide you with a personalized shopping experience before you arrive. Contactless at home delivery has been suspended for the time being.
While visiting our shop, please observe the following precautions for your safety and the safety of those around you:
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds or more before handling any merchandise. One of our washrooms will be kept with easy access so that you may utilize it upon entering our building.
- Both, the CDC and we, highly encourage you to wear a face covering while interacting with our Wizarding Team or the public. We have a small amount of masks available for purchase if you need one or have forgotten yours at home and would prefer to wear one.
- Maintain a minimum of 6 feet between you and others at all times. We will have marked spots in the checkout lane to help you visualize this distance.
- In order to facilitate social distance for members of our team manning the checkout area, only one checkout station will be operational at any given time. Please be patient and maintain your distance in the checkout lane.
In-shop-play will not resume during this phase: we will continue to follow state, county and city directives in this matter; along with specific guidelines from each publisher for their organized play programs.
If you are feeling in any way under the weather, or may have been in contact with someone affected, please take steps to quarantine yourself and request professional medical assistance to ascertain the exact nature of your illness.
We thank you for your continued support and patience during this time: keep calm, follow recommendations and game on. For all the latest updates follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
