Relentless Focus…
… on
CUSTOMER SERVICE. Back in 1994, when I founded the Little Shop Of Magic, I
believed in the sound value of competitive prices, honesty and excellent
customer service. Today, many years later, those values have helped keep my
business alive and sound. Here’s how some of that relentless focus translates
into my business philosophy:
Personal Service: You
already know me a lot better than you think. I am a gamer, just like you. I
live in a real community probably not much different than your own. I answer
a lot of the emails you send to the store personally and, if you contact our
LIVE customer service there’s a good chance that you will find me keeping an eye on that too. I don’t hide behind an anonymous email address or some strange
username because I have nothing to hide. My business is my life, my job, and my
livelihood; unlike other store ‘owners’ who spend 90% of their time at their
‘real’ job I am here for you when you need me. I care so much about our
personal relationship that I encourage each and everyone of my customers to
contact me via phone, email, Live customer service, smoke signals, war drums or
any other method they see fit. My name is John Coviello and I will be here for
you when things go right and I will definitely be here if something goes wrong.
Fair Pricing: I don’t believe in using
discounts as a means to compete, but some less scrupulous retailers use price
as their whole basis for doing business. Quite simply, I will not be undersold;
so I offer what I feel is a fair price for the items that I sell and reward
customers who are loyal to my store. Please see my help section for details on
my Discount
Structure and Price-Matching
policy.
Privacy & Security: You can
order with 100% confidence that I have taken all necessary steps and
precautions to ensure you safety. Please see my help section for details on my Privacy
policy and Security
measures.
Honesty and Integrity. I don’t run a mega store, nor do I pretend to be one. There
will be times when items run out, but you have my promise on two things: I will
contact you a.s.a.p. to let you know what the status of your order is and, most
importantly, I will never charge you for anything that isn’t ready to ship.
Frankly, I can’t understand how some companies can justify taking your money
for an item that they don’t have and don’t know if they’ll ever receive. Quite
simply, if I can get it for you, I will and, if I can’t, I will let you know
about it.
In
September of 2011 I celebrated my 17th year in business as a games
retailer; I believe that they only way to achieve this milestone is to be
honest and true with your customers. Give me a shot and I will prove
to you why shopping here is truly a great experience!
Yours truly,
John
